Network Information:

Qualserv Networks operates its servers directly inside of the NAC data center in New Jersey, USA.  The data center is linked directly to a large-scale international network which consists of GE, OC12, OC3, FE, and DS3 connections throughout the tri-state area.

International users can rest assured that they will receive the same quality ping times and network up-time as east, west, and central North American clients.  The NAC network has a direct connection with Europe through an OC-12/GE connection to Telehouse Docklands North in London, UK.  This means that there are direct connections to most of the USA, Canada, and Europe all from our data center in New Jersey thanks to our NAC data center.

Server Software Information:

All servers at Qualserv Networks are licensed and setup with cPanel and Fantastico.  This combination provides you with the latest one-click install software programs and the stability of the most popular and widely-used control panel in the industry.

All servers are backed up weekly to both local and remote locations.  In the event of a server disaster the average account restore and server setup time is less than two hours.  The reliability of our network and the redundancy of Raid-1 hard drives along with the server expertise of our support staff will keep your web site available 99.9+% of the time.
